Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our classroom website. My goal is to create an openly and fluid communicative relationship with you throughout this school year. I firmly believe that it takes parents and teachers working as a team to provide children with the best education.
I ask that you please check your students homework every night. I will always post the homework on our website, but your student should have the homework written down in their personal planner, too. I want all of my students doing their homework every night. I also want them to put a lot of effort into their homework so that the quality is great.
In 6th grade, quality really matters. This is a benchmark grade and just because a student does the homework does not mean they will pass. They must do the homework and do it with EXCELLENT quality of work.
If you are interested in volunteering in our classroom, please let me know. I will always welcome visitors and helpers :)
